Our regular MOPS meetings are concluded for this school year.  We do have some summer activities planned.  Below are the details.

Upcoming MOPS Events:   Chick Flicks: Dinner and a Movie is back!  Our  movie club will return this summer with new flicks and hopefully some new chicks!  Stay tuned for this summer's schedule to be announced at MOPS!

What is MOPS?  Mothers Of Preschoolers!

MOPS International exists to encourage, equip and develop every mother of preschooler to realize her potential as a woman, mother and leader, in the name of Jesus Christ.  This includes every mom throughout the valley, whether stay-at-home or working, teen, single or married - moms with different lifestyles who all share a similar desire to be the very best mom they can be!

It's an opportunity for moms to get a break and have fun with other moms in a similar season of life.  Our events are a mixture of food (usually brunch), ice breakers, personal stories, discussion time, Mommy Moments (those things our children do that make us laugh), speakers and crafts.  This a special time for busy moms to take a break while their children are cared for in a safe, structured environment by loving volunteers.

 

Who is MOPS?

Mothers of Preschoolers ~ pregnant moms and/or moms with children thru age 5. 

 

When and where does MOPS meet?

2 hours every 1st and 3rd Wednesdays (9:30-11:30 am) in the Wasilla Bible Church Gym

This year we will have 16 meetings from October through May, including a Christmas Tea and an Easter Brunch.

 

Why MOPS?

To reach out to moms in the community who need love and encouragement.

To show Jesus Christ's love to everyone using lifestyle evangelism.
